There is no LViSSA competition for Aquatics (Swimming, Diving and Synchronised Swimming), however there is an Island competition, to qualify athletes for the BC High School Championships
The Island Meet will take place in Victoria Commonwealth Pool on Sunday October 30, 2011. 11 am – 5 pm . It is open to eligible athletes registered at BC School Sport member schools

**A reminder that your Ex-Net needs to be opened with BC School Sports by October 8th.
I’ve emailed the entry grid for Zones to all registered teams.. It is different than last year. There is only one page/tab (ignore sheet two). When entering individual swimmers for relays, put the FINAL relay time. All events entered MUST have entry times for seeding purposes. IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED THIS EMAIL, PLEASE CONTACT SHONA BY EMAIL: sjlindsay@sd61.bc.ca
Both Para and C swimmers need to be marked in their appropriate category but placed in B events.
Entries are due before October 18th at 6 pm. I need a copy of the entries to check that all athletes are on your ex-net roster for insurance and liability purposes. Since BC School Sports doesn’t close the Ex-Net’s until October 25th, at least we have a small window if swimmers were accidently left off the ex-Net. You can send your entires to me by email by the 18th and I will forward them to Rob Traynor, or you can CC Rob in on the entries yourself : bchsswim@gmail.com<mailto:bchsswim@gmail.com>
